Langcliffe - The Deal Sourcing Solution
I was introduced to the Chief Executive and Managing Director of Langcliffe International at a critical inflection point: the business had outgrown its visual identity and website, with no in‑house marketing capability to lead the transition.

I was engaged to design and deliver a full brand reset, taking end‑to‑end ownership of the transformation.

Led the rebrand from Langcliffe International to Langcliffe - The Deal Sourcing Solution, defining the positioning, name architecture and visual direction

Project‑managed the full website rebuild, including market research, RFP development, agency procurement, and oversight of creative and technical delivery through to launch

Delivered the brand and website launch through an integrated direct marketing, digital and PR/media strategy

Implemented a new content strategy focused on increasing high‑intent inbound demand via SEO and emerging AI‑led discovery platforms

Reset the business’s social and network communications to better support credibility, visibility and deal flow
Following launch, I handed over the marketing strategy, operating direction and assets to a newly formed in‑house team, leaving the business with a clear foundation for continued growth.

The sister business of Regulation Asia, I worked with the environmental social governance team on building out their complimentary content into a content marketing strategy to support their brand building exercise to increase their visability in the UK and support the launch of their events portfolio.

Before joining on a more fulltime basis, I undertook various project consulting roles to set up website and individual event analytics and event management systems; monitor competitor movements.
Conducted initial SEO technical audits to help the business strengthen their inbound position across their local Asian markets. Produced a database analysis as part of their migration from free editorial content to a paid subscription model.
