Perspective on the Fractional Model
Fractional marketing can be effective in certain situations, particularly where:

However, it is not always the right long-term solution.
In most cases, businesses benefit from having a dedicated, in-house marketing leader who can take full ownership of strategy, team development and performance over time.
When the Fractional Support Model makes sense is for businesses there is clarity on what outcomes are required and a role is clearly defined within the leadership structure, that is open to change and decision-making.
A strong fractional marketer should quickly establish whether the model is right - even if that ultimately leads to a permanent hire instead.

A buy-and-build private credit platform bringing together alternative lenders to support UK SMEs and drive economic growth by consolidating specialist lenders, transforming SME credit into private wealth opportunities and unlocking access for investors.
I provide marketing strategy across the Groups businesses, including Provira, Estate and Inheritance advance loans and Revolve, a Stock, Trade and Cashflow lender.

Navrisk
An AI-driven SME credit analytics platform spun out from SME Capital and part of SME Analytics and Technologies Limited. Built by lenders and focused on bank transaction data as the source of truth, it goes beyond financial statements to give a clearer view of SME credit and cashflow, helping expand access to finance, make secure payments across borders and reducing risk.
I initially provided marketing and competitive research projects for the development and trial of the platform, before now providing marketing strategy and commercial outreach as part of the products UK Go-To-Market launch as of January 2026.
